Coconut Date Oatmeal Bake

A great way to get your pre workout in and curb some hunger. A portion (1/6 the recipe) is about 400 calories, 7.4g Protein / 64.5g Carb / 13.7g Fat (with 0 added unnatural sugar)

Coconut Date Oat Bake
● 2 cups coconut milk
● 1/2 cup maple syrup
● 1 tsp vanilla
● 2 cups rolled oats
● 1 tbsp baking powder
● 1 tbsp ground flax seed
● 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
● 1 tbsp cinnamon
● 1/2 cup slivered almonds
● 10 chopped medjool dates
● Pinch of salt
Combine all wet ingredients into a large enough mixing bowl. After blended, add dry ingredients.
Sir well and add to a sprayed 8×8 casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Set the
timer for 10 minutes and turn to cook evenly. Cool. Cut into 6 pieces for the week. REHEAT:
microwave or toaster oven.

Recommend 6 servings per dish.
