This is an easy recipe to use for meal prep.
12 eggs
1 cup broccoli, chopped (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup milk (or dairy alternative)
1/4 cup cheese
salt & pepper
Beat Eggs. Add in remaining ingredians. Spray 8×8 pan and dump mixture in. Bake at 350 degrees for 20/25 minutes. Cut into 6. Easy to reheat!
