Joel Stark

Joel is a proud father of 2, husband and Army Veteran. Having worked in the food industry for 15 years, nutrition has always been a focus. Joel is a RRCA Certified Running Coach,Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, trained as a Crossfit Level 1 Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, USATF Level 1 Track & Field Coach and a OPEX CCP coach. He has experience coaching group classes, individual programming and personal training.

Also active in Team RWB as the chapter captain in Albany/Troy/Bennington area and with Laura, nutritional ambassador.

Laura is a proud mother of 2 kids, a trained and experienced chef, lover of outdoors. Laura consistently practices yoga, sometimes by herself, sometimes with the kids. She is a student of Ayurveda, and with Joel, nutritional ambassadors for TeamRWB
